Check Financial Aid Status
Students may check their status by logging into Web Advisor at: http://webadvisor.waketech.edu.
From the Communication Menu select My Documents. You will be able to view all of the documents that the Financial Aid Office has requested from you and you can determine if documents have been received in our office.

Document has been received, but is still in process |

If you are not sure what documents you need please contact your Financial Aid Counselor.
Once all documents have a status code of Received or Waived, the student financial aid file is generally ready to award unless corrections must be submitted to the Central Processor. If corrections are required, it may take five to seven days before the correction is processed and reviewed, and the final award posted. Once the final award is processed it is viewable immediately on Web Advisor.
Your award may be viewed by accessing the Financial Aid Menu and selecting one of the following Web Advisor links once you are logged into Web Advisor:

Once your aid has been determined, an award letter packet will be mailed to you. This packet contains important information regarding the terms and conditions of your award. It is imperative that you read it completely. Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have any questions. |
